Use of Unfair Means
The following practice shall be considered as using unfair means.
- During examination having in possession of papers, chits, books, notes, or any other material of information relevant to the paper concerned. Giving or receiving assistance directly or indirectly or any kind of attempt to do so.
- Students are liable to face the following disciplinary action for using any unfair means: Such student will not be eligible for any academic award and school appointment such as Head boy or Head Girl etc.
- He or she will be awarded zero in the concerned subject.
Issue Of Transfer Certificate

Fee Payment Terms
- The fee is to be paid by the 30th of every month, failing which, a fine of Rs 10/- per month will be levied.
- Pupils have to pay fees until they are withdrawn with a Transfer Certificate.
- Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstances.
- All the fee dues must be cleared before each term of Examination.
- Since the final examination starts in the last week of March, students are supposed to clear the Annual fee in March itself.
- Parents can pay the fees in SVC Bank (Sant Namdeo Path Branch)Either by Cash or Cheque
i.e. drawn in the favour of school name. - The name of the student, class, and contact number should be written on the back side of the Cheque.
- In case, the cheque is returned from the Bank due to any reason, such cases will be liable for legal action, or a penalty of Rs 500/- will be levied.
Code Of Conduct for Parents
- Check the school App regularly for important notices and updates.
Please make sure that your ward carries notebooks according to the scheduled timetable. - Parents should immediately inform the school in writing in case of any change in address and contact number.
- Parents must glance through their ward’s textbooks and notebooks.
- Parents should not call up teachers at their residences. The problems/doubts would be dealt with, at the school during visiting hours.
- Parent should enter the school campus only with refined formal attire.
- Encourage your wards to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports. Ensure they are prepared for the worksheet, class test and Examinations.
- Children are prohibited from bringing money, any play things or colours to school. Playing with colours is liable to suspension of students from school.
- Students should be instructed to be careful about their belongings. Expensive articles like video games, electronic gadgets and jewellery should not be brought to school, in case of violation of this rule, the articles will be confiscated and will not be returned under any circumstances.
- Boys are strictly instructed to trim their hair to a zero-cut hairstyle. If it is not followed, they will not be given entry inside the school.
- Girl students are not allowed to wear kajal, bangles, long earrings, anklets, mehendi, tattoos and nail polish to school. Nails should be cleaned and trimmed.
- Students who are not in proper uniform will be sent home. Students are expected to use English as a communication language on the school premises. If they are found speaking in another language, be fined Rs10/- every time.
- The school discourages the distribution of sweets on the birthdays of the students. Instead, they are advised to donate that money which will be used for financially needy students.
- Under no circumstances parents are allowed to directly walk to the classrooms. They need to have a prior appointment to meet the teachers.
Attendance & Regularity
- 90% Attendance is the minimum prerequisite at the end of the academic year for the child to acquire eligibility for appearing in the annual examination. In case of absence, no retest will be conducted and they will be given a score of zero for the respective test.
- Students suffering from contagious diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to class.
- A student returning to school after suffering from any disease should produce a fitness certificate issued by a registered doctor permitting him/her to attend the school.
- No half a day leave will be granted for a Doctor's Appointment or any social engagement.
School Discipline
- Irregular attendance, neglect of homework , disobedience or disrespect towards teachers, staff or bad moral influence would lead to strict disciplinary action.
- Any damage to school property will be made good by the offending student and would entail disciplinary action.
- Our students should display polite behaviour wherever they go .
- Bullying and use of foul language are punishment offences.
- Students should greet their teacher when they meet them.
- Students are strictly prohibited from entering the school in civil dress.
- All the students must be punctual to school. If any reasons the student arrives late to school penalty of Rs 10/- will be levied on them.
- Independence Day ,Republic Day, First and Last working days before and after term breaks are mandatory working days. Absenteeism on mandatory working days will result in a pecuniary fine of Rs. 100/-
